Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped out on Saturdays. Any unexpected delay or complications in fulfillment will be announced if they appear.

The Lucky Merrow is not responsible for delays in transit. If a package is determined to be lost in transit, send an e-mail to including your order # in the subject line to see if we can potentially arrange for a replacement or refund.

Note: Unexpectedly delayed packages are still eligible for returns or refunds even after the stated 15 day policy.

International Customers:

Any customs duties from importing my product into your country are to be paid by the customer. The Lucky Merrow is not responsible for any outstanding fees.

COVID-19 Statement

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be delayed more than expected. This is especially true for International shipping.

This is a single person company. All products are thoroughly cleaned by me before packing and shipping to ensure that they will be safe to handle upon delivery.
