Shipping policy

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be delayed more than expected. This is especially true for International shipping. The Lucky Merrow is not responsible for delays in transit. If a package is determined to be lost in transit, then send an e-mail to riverandmind@gmail.com to see if we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

All products are thoroughly cleaned before packing and shipping to ensure that they will be safe to handle upon delivery.
